Paisley Archive / Detour Records are pleased to announce the digital release of the new MadFish single ‘London'
A Mod/Punk anthem that nods towards The Jam's 'Down In The Tube Station At Midnight' and The Clash's 'London Calling', but has its own originality that will make it a classic song for years to come!
'London' is the first release taken from the forthcoming highly anticipated album '1979 - The Story of Billy'.
Produced by Richard Coppen, AKA Dr. Crippen of Tenpole Tudor and King Kurt fame, 'London' bristles with grit and determination, taking you back to a by gone era and bringing you back with a bolt to 2015.
MadFish are a Mod/Punk band who formed in Surrey in September 2010, out of the ashes of the 1970's Surrey Punk/Mod band The Head, 'infamously' known for their very rare and collectable 1980 single 'Nothing To Do In A Town Like Leatherhead' (the town even gets a mention in 'London'!
