The Vinylos are distinguished not only by their fascinating own creations and their always captivating versions, but also by an elegant presentation in each and every one of their albums. His new release, for this summer of 2021, is a 7” released again with Clifford records, on green vinyl and a limited edition of 100 copies. On side A they offer us a vibrant song of their own entitled “Move On” and on side B, an impeccable adaptation of the legendary The Knacks, “Te Extrañaré” (I'll Miss You) which they released as a single in 1969. It has an exceptional artwork by the current drummer of the Argentine Knacks, Marcos Moronell, with photography by Abel Álvarez, plus the sensational sound that Virginia Izquierdo extracts in her Multitrack studios in Tenerife. Through their best instrumental and vocal resources, they delight us with an electrifying “garage beat” theme while contributing their immeasurable magic to the cover. In both themes, the consequences of lack of love and the need to continue despite everything are manifested; that is, move forward even if you feel strange. Two songs that are among the best of his repertoire so far, waiting for it to be expanded with another long-awaited new album before the end of the year. Alex Magic Pop
